digilog ends the summer season with one of the finest and most beautiful collection of songs we had the pleasure of listening to in quite a while... Stefan Biermann, also known as Gate Zero, follows his brilliant "Schwerelos" cd on the influential Fax +49-69/450464 label with another project entitled spaceTourist. The 8 tracks on the "last year summer" release seamlessly blend lush ambient passages with deep house rhythms and sensual downtempo grooves, while dusty piano...

Russian musician and dj Igor Mazagorov from Stavropol brings us digilog's 8th release. "Bedroom sessions" is a fascinating journey into sensual and emotive deep house sounds, a neat collection of tracks that effortlessly works both as beautiful home-listening electronic music and smooth dancefloor-friendly material. Special thanks to Sergey Ognev for his help with this release.

Following his critically acclaimed debut album release on U-Cover records, LAN Formatique confirms his status as one of the brightest talents of the electronic music scene and this time his credentials are a 4-track ep filled with lush melodies, sublime bass, euphoric strings and digital percussion. Four beautiful musical gems of timeless value that will try to put the intelligence back into IDM, and are, according to us, of similar magnitude to the works of Ulrich Schnauss and Christian Kleine...

Implosion Quintet is actually a one man show, James Baker, a very talented freelance designer, illustrator and musician, who produces mellow and rare beats accompanied by melodies coming from all sorts of instruments. Sometimes enriched by beautiful and haunting vocals, James creates a theatrical lounge atmosphere for the listener to enjoy, making this the most organic - in terms of sound - digilog release to date. IQ's melodies will stick in your head and turn into an obsession, making you...

Our first post-summer release comes from the duo of berlin djs/producers Martin Donner and Giovanni Moscatello, in the form of the massive acidy/electro tune "molotow". On the flip, the mix aims for an equally bangin' but more detroity approach, bringing upfront the acid elements of the original, replacing the bass line but always retaining the peak time clubbing appeal of the track.
